Mass Effect 2 Release Date leaked?

I happened to be browsing my Gamefly queue this morning and noticed something peculiar.  I have upcoming games in my queue and as I browsed down I saw that Gamefly had a release date specified for Mass Effect 2.

January 26, 2010.

Is Gamefly privy to information that neither Microsoft nor Bioware has chosen to release yet?
